Bliss Studio is intimate and carefully designed, fostering a warm and inclusive community where everyone feels at home and welcome.
At Bliss Studio everyone is welcome, no matter starting point or previous experience. In each Session there is room to adapt your practice to how your body feels in the moment and to your energy level for the day. Your teacher will be there to guide you, offering alternatives to the different movements and positions.

It’s all about cultivating a mindful connection with your body, and tune into your body’s needs and rhythm.

Bliss Yoga
Yoga inspired low impact mobility training, where we synchronize the flow of movements with the breath. Thoughtfully curated music deepens your practice and elevate the experience. Every Session at Bliss Yoga is a unique experience. Pure Bliss.
The yoga practice at Bliss Yoga has its roots in Vinyasa where you synchronise the flow of movements and positions with your breath. Each session is a unique experience built in three parts; arriving on your mat and grounding – flow and energy – slow down and relaxation (savasana). In some Sessions there will be Pilates inspired movements weaved into the practice – sometimes using weights or other props as an option.
Bliss Yoga offers various Sessions at our studio in Nya Hovås, catering to different needs and preferences. Our offerings include Drop-In classes, where participants of all levels are welcome to join, as well as private sessions and exclusive group classes for those seeking a more personalized experience. For those desiring focused, one-on-one attention, we also provide tailored PT sessions.
In addition to our studio-based classes, Bliss Yoga brings the practice to companies and associations, offering sessions either at our studio or at locations of your choice, designed to your needs and preferences.
We also organize unique Bliss Events and Retreats, held either at Bliss Studio or at handpicked, exclusive destinations. These events are designed to provide a deeper, more immersive yoga experience, combining mindful movement with relaxation in inspiring environments.


Bliss Yoga Founder & Teacher
Sara has been leading Bliss Yoga for several years, offering a diverse range of Sessions tailored to specific groups, including women, men, young adults, and mother-child pairs. She also regularly hosts exclusive sessions for private groups, creating customized courses – often over 10 Sessions. These courses are designed to the private group’s requirements. In addition, Sara provides personalized one-on-one and small- and intimate group sessions, including tailored programs for specific requests, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall well-being.
Bliss Yoga also partners with companies and organizations, offering tailormade Sessions. Additionally, Bliss Yoga organizes signature Bliss Events and Bliss Retreats, held either at Bliss Studio or at carefully selected and exclusive locations.
With over 10 years of experience, Sara draws inspiration from various yoga styles and training modalities to craft meaningful and transformative experiences for every participant.
