Level 1
If you are new to Yoga or have some previous experience, this is the Session for you.
The yoga practice at Bliss Yoga has its roots in Vinyasa where you synchronise the flow of movements and positions with your breath. Each session is a unique experience built in three parts; arriving on your mat and grounding – flow and energy – slow down and relaxation (savasana). Thoughtfully curated music deepens your practice and elevate the experience.
At Bliss Studio everyone is welcome, no matter starting point or previous experience. In each Session there is room to adapt your practice to how your body feels in the moment and to your energy level for the day. Your teacher will be there to guide you, offering alternatives to the different movements and positions.

Drop in Session
Level 2
If You have some previous experience from Yoga or if practice it regularly, this is the Session for You. At these Sessions we go a bit further in exploring and challenging Your own body and mind. If you have practiced Vinyasa before – you will recognise the flow of movements and positions. We will weave in Pilates inspired movements, sometimes using weights or other props. Thoughtfully curated music deepens your practice and elevate the experience.

Private Group Sessions
Private Group Sessions are a great way to gather a group of dear friends, take some time for yourself, re-charge and have meaningful experiences in great company. Each course is customized based on the group's prior experience, individual conditions, intentions, and goals, and is designed to unfold over 10 or more sessions. A step-by-step progression allow participants to gradually deepen their practice, embracing new challenges and experiences as they evolve. Each session is unique, enhanced by carefully selected music to create a specific atmosphere and support the flow. We conclude every session with tea and light snacks, offering a chance for the group to enjoy a relaxed social moment.
If you're interested in starting a new private group, we'd love to hear from you! A minimum of 8 participants is required to initiate a group.
Members of our private session groups, receive exclusive invitations to Bliss Private Group’s Activities and Events throughout the year, where spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, private group clients receive priority booking for Bliss Retreats.

PT-Sessions
Bliss Yoga offers personalized PT sessions for individuals or small groups of 1 to 3 participants. These sessions are fully customized, with the intention and goals set collaboratively in advance to align with your unique needs and aspirations. Whether you're looking to deepen a specific aspect of your practice, improve mobility in a targeted area, or build strength for a particular purpose, each session will be tailored to support your journey. Our PT sessions can also focus on injury prevention or rehabilitation, providing a mindful and supportive environment to help you restore balance and well-being.
